Notice of Completion of Treasury Stock and Treasury Bond Cancellation

To Our Shareholders and Investors,

We hereby announce the completion of the cancellation of treasury stock and treasury bonds, which was resolved by the Company for the purpose of enhancing shareholder value and reinforcing responsible management.

■  Date of Cancellation Completion: November 24, 2025

■  Assets Canceled: Treasury Stock and Treasury Bonds

■  Quantity and Value of Cancellation:

     1. Treasury Stock: 666,206 shares of Common Stock

     2. Treasury Bonds: KRW 4,500,000,000

■  Method of Cancellation: The cancellation process was completed through electronic deregistration from the respective accounts, in accordance with relevant laws and procedures.

■  Future Schedule and Measures:

    1. Reflection of Reduction in Total Outstanding Shares and Bonds: We plan to proceed with the amendment registration procedure to reflect the reduction in the total number of outstanding shares and the decrease in treasury bonds resulting from this cancellation.

    2. Procedure for Amendment Listing: For the cancellation of treasury stock, an additional procedure for amendment listing application with the Korea Exchange (KRX) is required. The completion of this amendment listing, following the relevant review, is expected around mid-December 2025.
